Pricing
MAC Med is a self pay, fee-for-service medical practice. We accept cash, check, credit, debit card and HSA/FSA cards, with payment due at the time of service. We do NOT accept health insurance. Appointments available in-person or virtual.
Consultation + Lab Review: $299
Lab Tests: Determined by provider and dependent on individual patient needs. Discounted self-pay rates are available or patients may choose to have the lab bill insurance*
Botox: $12/unit**
Dysport: $4/unit**
SkinPen Microneedling: Starting at $350/session. Discounted packages available.
Additional services/pricing information available upon request.
